Come visit us on Saturday mornings at the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market or the North Tonawanda Farmers Market. Our products are also available at Farmers and Artisans, Spring St., Williamsville, and Premier Gourmet, Delaware Avenue, Tonawanda.
Avenue Boys Smokehouse makes handcrafted fresh and smoked sausages and other unique meat products. We take pride in using only the best cuts of meat intended for sausage making - no fillers or trimmings. Our pork is quality farm raised pork butts, beef chuck and chicken thighs and breast meat. When it is available, we purchase locally raised meat. We do not use any additives or chemical enhancements - only meat, seasonings and tender loving care! Our smokehouse in North Tonawanda uses a real wood-burning fire to smoke our products for a genuine and unique flavor. We use mostly applewood from Niagara County orchards.
Avenue Boys Smokehouse was founded in 2002 by John Kudla. The business is family owned and operated, with some recipes handed down from John’s grandfather. Products are sold at the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmer's Market and the North Tonawanda Farmers Market, as well as by appointment. We can produce large quantities for commercial accounts as well.
